Cassandra, daughter of Priam, King of Troy, and his wife, Hecuba, is the twin sister of the beautiful Helen. Apollo gave Cassandra the gift of prophecy but also condemned her prophecies to disbelief. No one believed her even though she spoke the truth. She died by the jealous hand of Clytemnestra. But very few know the existence of another of Cassandra’s sisters, Mashica.
After Cassandra’s death, so bloody and cruel, Mashica was deeply affected and promised to avenge her. Although she was strong, she was certainly not a fighter. On the contrary, she was thoughtful, sometimes passive, and accustomed to working in the shadows. She would never be able to kill. So she began looking for a hired assassin. She encountered the mysterious Sparafucile who inspired her trust. He was a showman. Some say he came from a French novel. Some say he was a famous opera singer. He was certainly an entrepreneur, strong and loyal to his ideas. And in spite of his profession, he was a man with an honest heart.
This was the man Mashica was looking for.
